There was ZERO doubt there were flashes from somewhere around the 4th floor. I'm not saying that is was gunfire, but I haven't seen another logical explanation either.

have we been able to see the flashes from gunfire from the 32nd floor? I haven't. so, why would flashes from 4th floor prove such?

It was a reflection of a strobe light. There is video of the light flashing during the concert earlier that night before the actual shooter started. You could also see it on news broadcast hours after..
Or you can choose to believe that a second gunmen from the 4th floor shot at thousands of people, cleaned up all evidence of such afterwards, and then repaired an industrial sized window all in under 35 minutes before making a clean getaway carrying a large caliber automatic rifle and all necessary window repair supplies.

They have explained the flashes.
Moreover, bullets can't shoot through windows without breaking them. The "fourth floor" windows clearly were all intact.

Strobe light disco ball orgy. It's fricking vegas. It's much more likely that people were having a party in a Vegas hotel room. Cmon
