But the truth of the matter is that O has no clue what he is doing. The first plays should be scripted with the personnel packages, which the entire staff should know. Especially the HC. O reminds me of the young idiot in the office that thinks he can do the CEO's job because it's 'easy' and they just watch everyone else work.
