At Duke, Alleva hired three football coaches in his 11 years: Carl Franks, Ted Roof, and David Cutcliffe. Franks' record in his five years was 7–45, including two 0–11 seasons. Roof went 6–45.
Cutcliffe I like but Alleva is 1-4 if you count O.

It was widely reported (as widely reported on as Duke football gets I suppose) that simple Joe preferred Karl Dorrell over Cutcliffe. I'm sure the current AD at Duke is happy someone overruled that decision.
LSU should let Joe conduct the next football coaching search then hire whoever Joe DOESN'T want
