quote:Do you know how much hand to hand training a Navy Seal does? About 50 hours. And much of it is based off of modern MMA techniques.
Seal because of training to fight to the death. Pro fighters are conditioned to fight to a set of rules
50 hours is the equivalent of about 9 days of an MMA fighter's training in camp. And the equivalent of about 2 weeks of an MMA fighter's everyday training when not training for a fight.
These MMA fighters have thousands and thousands of hours of training for years and years and years.
A Navy Seal would be so out of his league it wouldn't even be a fight.
