Strange response considering you constantly whine about your questions not being answered how you prefer. Even stranger response since I asked for specific facts...and you provided completely different ones. I'll ask again:
1) what are the expenses? (The reason I ask is you posted revenue. Once we know expenses we can see how much profit there is)
2). How much of that profit are the owners willing to part with? (This would be a good way to measure if the NFLs response is acceptable or not)
Unrelated:
3) 8 percent is a good annual return, by it certainly isn't anything to get cocky about....especially when it hasn't been realized. I was in Silicon Valley during the bubble burst....lots of people were cocky about their unrealized returns....
