This. It's not a racial issue, it's a socioeconomic one. I mean hell just watch LivePD...it's never the well dressed, well spoken white or black people that get stopped. It's always the "culcha" folks. No matter their skin color.
In fact Greenville, SC and Florida is usually always some trashy white guy in a wife beater hiding in his trailer
