The Bills +8 was easy. Bills have 2 coaches from the NFC South. HC McDermott and the DB coach. Both of those guys know Atlanta inside and out. The stats for passer rating, Bills were much better than Atlanta both offense and defense. Also Bills hd a much better yards per play on offense and defense compared to Atlanta. ATlant also had 4 starters out.

eh, it's hard to win, much less cover, when you lose the TO battle 3-0, give up a defensive TD, and lose your top 2 WRs in the game.

not sure where you're getting this, Atlanta was #3 coming into today with 6.5 offensive ypp and Buffalo was #26 with 4.6 yards per play. Buffalo was only .5 defensive ypp better than Atlanta

Sorry, I didnt explain it well. I take the difference and rank the teams.

Buffalo ypp on offense was 17.12 total offensive yards(rushing and rec combined) per play ranked 22, their defensive ypp was 22.57 ranked number 1

I subtract the off ypp from the defense and get Bills 5.45 which is ranked #3

Atlanta doing the same was ranked #10 with a diff of 1.65

Im in the process of using the numbers to come up with a predicted point spread but I dont expect it to spit results that I can just blindly use. It might be worthless but just something else to look at.

Good luck this year.
