Check out "Oklahoma City" on Netflix. They have some proof of it on there.
The rumor that went around is the cops burned it. Cops did some bad shite and tactically were fricking retarded, but they didn't light the place on fire.

wow, i may have to watch that tonight. here's the trailer for it. i was only about 4 or 5 when this happened. this is the first i'm hearing about it.
