Les had teams "depleted" by early departures every single year. He was held to the standard of 10 wins or bust. The same or higher standard should be applied to Orgeron, as Les was fired for not reaching that level of success on a consistent basis.

Inherited #2,#5, #2 and signed #7 himself.

I think I counted 10 or 12 trenchers in the 2016 class alone and all O needed to do was that coach thing, keep them home and coach them up.
