He never banned anything, he simply encouraged the NFL and her owners to discipline those who don't stand at attention during the Anthem, 45's not stupid bro chill

That is not a role for the President. He swore an oath to uphold the Constitution, not the anthem or the flag. The first amendment gives everyone with the right to peacefully protest. The highest law enforcement official should not be calling them vulgar names or suggesting actions by their employers.
