The Fascinating part to me STILL isn't the kneeling

It's just that I've been alive a long time and seen a lot. But I've never seen a business not only accept, but encourage it's employees to basically express a giant "f*** off" to at least half its paying customers. I mean, even if the business largely agreed with its employees, never seen it.
And it's not a matter of the correctness or flaws in the view being expressed
But hey. Principles are principles and if they really feel they're right, ok. Do it and live with the business consequences.
But it's some sort of insanity to think you can tell people to f*** off and think those people should still use your product.
I would have been flat stunned if a bunch of NFL players openly expressed opposition to Obama or liberals in general while on company time. Cause. A huge portion of NFL fans are black. That would be dumb. I might agree with the players but i would be certain the NFL would say nyet.
Can you imagine a shoe company that sells basketball shoes running strongly pro cop commercials last year? That would have been unwise.
It's just weird to me that so many people don't get this.

Whining like children is going to continue to have the opposite effect you seem to desire.

I don't desire any effect
I just find it odd business behavior.
I also find it odd that 100% of people don't recognize it as odd.
You'll note. I think it would be odd if it was liberals the players were pissing off too.
Very odd.

It should be a more adult approach like showing children how to disrespect the country.

It's not like we haven't been through this before.
Chris Jackson thought he was clever and thoughtful when he pulled this shite in the NBA like 15 years ago. The league suspended him, and worked out a deal where he would stand in respect but could close his eyes and pray. Why wouldn't that have worked now?

Whining
There is a difference in whining for something you agree with as opposed to whining against something that you disagree with.

Religious objection then, social warriors now. Who is the objecting party? The same.

Hell.
There are about 100 viable alternatives that don't involve pissing on paying customers
It's truly astonishing to watch as a business guy

If you have a solid case for your argument then this shouldn't bother you.

He doesn't. He's also not an honest person. He can't even admit the left has lost their minds over trump's tweets.

I'm feeling what i posted.
I found much of the discussing from both sides to be slightly off
That's fairly common for me

What argument? No argument needs to be made. They are abstaining from standing during the national anthem and you folks are throwing a hissy fit.

Yeah the owners should retaliate against people who complain about racial discrimination.

A smart business says "you do politics on your time".
Regardless of the politics. Liberal or conservative.
How do people get so caught in their bubbles they don't get this?
