It's sad to say, but blacks are like an infection. The slowly spread to an area until they totally take it over and it slowly dies and become absolute trash. There are literally 100's (if not more) of examples of this. Monticello, Sherwood, etc are just the most recent.

Yes, I know there are individual exceptions to this rule but I'm talking about the black community as a general rule. I can't think of anything community wise that has become predominately dominated by black people that has actually improved.
