re: CC's Coffee on Canal Street closes 6 months after its opens

It's been closed well before that construction started. It's just on the wrong side of the street to capture early morning work traffic, and its still not a particularly great neighborhood so you get zero foot traffic. The only people who would walk to it (the VA) have coffee shops on site.
