Apparently Syracuse, New York has the least amount of natural disasters according to the Google. They can't be counting blizzards as natural disasters then. And I wouldn't want to live there.

Already been said but Southern AZ

Bonus......your homeowners insurance is much cheaper because there is no threat of a major natural disaster.

New Mexico doesn't seem too bad in that regard, plus it's a beautiful state. I think they have some wild fires, but nothing like some of the huge ones you see in other places. I've actually been thinking of moving there lately.

My state (WA) is in the top 3 safest historically but there is potential for shite to go sideways in a hurry with earthquakes and volcanoes.
