That's not bad if you can contribute that much or max it anyways.

3.75% If I contribute all of 15%. It's not the worst thing in the world...
but I don't do it because I'd rather not put all or substantially all of my monthly savings into a plan with a smaller than average match, expensive investment options, and a vesting schedule that I'm not really planning on sticking around for. I prefer being able to use my discretion to invest in different avenues.
