It used to, at least in LA. If a company didn’t have a physical presence they were not obligated to collect sales tax and remit to the state. Now residents of the state were still obligeated legally to claim those taxes owed on their tax return, but we all know how that plays out.

Ellick is the answer if it needs to be by an airport. Lots of space by the airport there. Central location of the state and can get to any big city in the state in 2 hours, other than New Orleans.
