Take the bar and scroll until the timestamp reads 10:19. Watch until it reads 10:20. He will say rocket man in that timeframe. I know facts don't matter much to you, but that's indisputable. Now whether Kelly was responding to that, something else in the speech, something unrelated, or whether he simply wasn't feeling well is anybody's guess except Kelly's and maybe a few people around him.
