Rand Paul has stood for the same ideology his entire time in office. If they had a problem with that, then why wouldn't they have gotten rid of him?

Furthermore, Kentucky is set to lose billions in funding so why would his constituents want that?

The majority of his constituents WANT ACA. That is why he is waffling

Senator is not, as you suggest, to vote based on polling. His own character, understanding and ideas are what and who was elected, not a rubber stamp for mob rule.
