So wait, we are highly talented on the OL?

nope, but O didn't fire our OL coach who is responsible for that OL, and O ran off a few OL in the process

For those bitching about depth on the OL and DL, really are clueless. How many players on the OL did Ed lose transfers? Ed was the DL coach and recruiting coordinator for two freaking years basically, and hired his idol to coach in his place.

This narrative is ridiculous. How many OL just left? Didn't Ed sign an OL that freaking quit before camp even started?

Didn't Ed keep the OL coach that is honestly a joke at actually developing any of the talent we bring in?

Again, all this lies with O. As SFP said, they hired him for continuity and to maintain that recruiting class. It was a decent class in the end, but not near what it was supposed to be and his first class this season is already underwhelming.

The guys only skill set that he was sold on are as a DL coach and a recruiter, yet his recruiting has been no where near expected.

All in all, hiring him the way they did was the disaster more than anything.
