re: Episcopal High investigating sexual allegations of staff on student

This was pretty common especially under the circumstances around my high school. We had a lot of young teachers just getting started. The school would rent them a house right off campus, which was in a small town with nothing to do.

Actually my high school has had a shite load of these cases considering its size.

The ones that get the teachers into trouble were the male coaches sleeping with female students. There were probably more cases of single female teachers going after male high school students, but that was under the radar. The parents didn't know at least at the time. Some of the staffers at the school suspected it and even warned a couple of us to avoid the a particular group of female teachers.
