First, Coach O isn't going to get fired his first year esp. with a hugh buyout.

Second, if anything else, Aleva learned you don't fire the head coach unless you've got someone better and are able to sign him.

Damn, that will be tough. That's going to limit him to only FBS head coaches and coordinators. Maybe could get lucky with a dline coach, that's been popular before.

What coach on earth is not better than O? Somebody will sign.
