Alleva can do a good job if the good ole boys can get the frick out of the hiring process. Let the man do his job and stop making political hires like JJ and CEO.

How anyone can still believe that after his two failed men's BB hires, the mediocre women's hire, and the clusterfrick search and hire that gave us O is amazing to me.
