It's obvious that's exactly what happened.
There are multiple counts of assault with a deadly weapon.
You could technically get attempted murder for the straight up ambush.
Child endangerment.
These three hillbillies with a real DA could easily see 10-20 years +

So much wrong with this statement.
From what we could see in the 9 minute video, group of bikers were harassing a family. Driver of truck called for help and he got help. You are allowed to defend someone else as well as yourself. I didn't see the shotgun actually aimed at anyone.
How would you act if you were followed by a group of bikers for miles?
