I did a credit freeze last night for me and my wife. Equifax didn't ask for payment. Had to pay $10 each to Experian and Trans Union.
Well worth it given this mess.

Innovis is the "fourth" credit agency, so you should freeze that one too. Not as much info as the big three, but they have enough. They do not charge to freeze.
