Normal people with no records rarely get jail time for stuff like that. Also Frat Star gets no restitution if guy goes to jail, he only really wins if there is a civil suit.

Yea I don't think there's much to gain monetarily from some poor white trash POS that lives pay check to pay check unless you have some pipe that needs to be welded.
