To me change doesn't equal robbing its citizens of their hard earned money. The answer to every problem shouldn't be more taxes. It will just run good people and business off. Give them reason to come and stay.

The problem is that it's an increasingly hard sell in this state. Decades of massive corruption and misuse of public monies have made productive citizens jaded to the prospect of another tax hike.
