I lost 65 pounds in a year just buying fruits instead of snacks at the grocery store, not buying soda, and eating to satisfaction instead of full. Had a rule, one big meal a day. didnt count shite didnt really exercise directly. Also inadvertantly did some IF by skipping meals at work staying busy.
Still went out to eat with people still ate shitty fast food 1 or 2 times a week.
The biggest problem i see with ppl losing weight is they arent honest with themselves or fail to realize just how many garbage calories are in a medium fry. Even when using a calorie tracking app ive seen coworkers skip an entry.

I am with you. On February 01 , I started eating fruits like pineapple, pears, apples, blueberries, mushrooms and a lot of grilled chicken salads. Ate broccoli and spinach. I went from 225 lbs down to 200 lbs. I do about 2 1/2 hours if treadmill walking per week but I eat when I am hungry only. I don't try counting points or calories. I just try eating foods that are grown naturally. My goal is 170 lbs ( 5"7). Started lifting weights at Anytime Fitness. I'll turn 50 years old in two months.
