Just looked it up and Harris was the guy they put in when Breaux got hurt game 1 last year, and then when PJ got hurt game 2.
Then he disappeared (didn't get snaps again until games 6 (9 snaps) and 7 (6 snaps) and then disappeared again until the last game (3 snaps)). Curious if Allen tried to sneak him in and Payton told Allen not to play him after the first two games because his snap count basically disappeared.
Looks like Allen is trying to sneak him in again.
