I'm just not a huge fan of the Tony Allen signing. He'll be great on D but I'm terrified of the spacing.

I do not understand why so many people think Allen makes the spacing worse. Cousins isn't on the court in this shot, but it is post trade from a game at Utah in late March.

Dante shot 39.2% from 3 and look how much space they're giving him. Even if Hill improves this year they would still lay off him and pack the paint like they did with Dante. If you were scheming a defense would you be more concerned with any of the Pels wings shooting an open 3 or AD/DC getting the ball against a single defender? The only way there wouldn't be 4 guys in the paint is if they added shooters who had earned reputations like Korver and Ryno.

On this play Hill actually gets a pass from AD and bricks a 3. If you have Allen there instead of Hill I'd have him cut to the paint to move defenders while Dante side steps up court a bit and have AD pass it to Dante for an open 3.
