I was never a power user of Outlook. Gmail does what I need. I was happy to make the switch, but I know some co-workers weren't happy about it. I guess it depends on your volume of emails/contacts/calendar needs.

75 through the In-and out-box so far today and I'm halfway through my day. It's labeling, rule, task/to-do and calendaring functions are essential to what I do and how I do it.
G-Mail is workable for personal use. But Outlook gives me life.
