Tara used to be such a nice neighborhood.

My mom still owns a house in Tara. It's relatively a safe and still desirable neighborhood, however as a parent with young children, I would not live there or in Baton Rouge because of the up-tick in violent crime and less than desirable public education system. And because of Baton Rouge's Mayor President.

I've told her repeatedly to sell the house, because I can't see the EBR school system ever getting better and that neighborhood has already reached its peak pricing point in my opinion.

Tara is the district for Bocage, assuming anybody in Bocage went to public school.

Your mom has a bigger pair than you do apparently. Tara is a damn nice neighborhood and area. Should we all just tuck tail and move to Walker?
