yeah. that's an issue over 82 games. Warriors protect him a good bit from the pounding during the regular season.

in general, it's tough to find skilled guys who actually want to bang. even Cousins has said he prefers PF too.

so that's a problem, yes. i still like the pairing of Davis/Green better than almost any other i can think of.

Interesting you point that out about Cousins, this could explain why the Kings drafted so many centers even though they already had Cousins.

I don't understand the appeal of the PF position. It is not supposed to be less physical than playing Center. It is supposed to be the team's toughest player and enforcer (neither of which are Cousins or Davis). Perhaps you are given more free reign to move. But if either would dedicate themselves to being a dominant post presence on a consistent basis, this team would be a lock playoff team year after year. They are both trying to be the next Garnett or Duncan. Both of which won rings when they went to Center full time. They are wasting time and talent..
