I've been foam rolling it, stretching, and taking aspirin. I honestly don't really see a lot of mobility issues with it. Like I said, it only hurts if I do something like a 3rd world squat all the way to the ground. I did pistol squats, L-sits, all kinds of stuff last night that require hip stability. Now, I haven't put any weight on it (like barbell weight), and I'm not going to. I'll do legs today just to see how it is, but I'm not going to go crazy. I'll do some bodyweight stuff and MAYBE some machines to see how it is.

I had a slight tear in my groin a few years ago from squats.
All I was able to do for a month was light leg extensions.
I just let it heal itself and didn't put any added pressure on it.
I am fine now and haven't had any issue since.
Maybe I was lucky?
