Pick any random family, and the odds are so low as to be discountable.
The chance of Heyer falling dead of an MI at the moment of the POS's attack make winning the lottery seem like a conservative bet.

I appreciate you insight. The point I think most of was were thing to make is, we don't exactly know cause of death. It's all pretty speculative if you look at the evidence available.
