Then make it a rule that you can't be impaired while working. That is what the railroad industry has done to its employees. Hell, you don't even have to be under the influence. All you have to do is show a positive result for MJ and you're in a world of shite.

You should have your own random drug testing program set up if you're really concerned about consequences following an accident involving someone with a drug in their system.

I already do all of that. What I'm concerned about, if all drugs are legalized (freedom) what will that do to the workforce? It is already small, due to the fact that the younger generation doesn't learn a skilled trade anymore.
