But, here again, someone is picking and choosing. Either legalize it all or don't.

Now,as a business owner, how will one reconcile the liability of pot being legal and not allowing a person to work while impaired. We have a lot on equipment that one can lose an appendage on while not being impaired. And I have sent a few guys home coming back from break or lunch smelling like pot.

So, with that being said, if there are other places like mine where people can't work while being impaired, where will the tax benefits come from if people can't afford to buy because of being unemployed?

Also, there have been two people I know of personally that have died from heroin overdoses just this year. Drug use starts somewhere. You can deny all you want to that marijuana isn't a gateway drug but I find it hard to believe that one day a person decides to stick a needle in themselves.
