Woodlands, north Dallas or San Antonio makes more sense than Austin

As much as I enjoy Austin, the infrastructure is stressed so much as it is. Bringing in another 75,000+ people is a lot.

Poor timing for Houston/Woodlands. I gues they took that area off the board after Harvey.

I take it that they're going to relocate a fair amount of their current workforce, including some executives, in order to "seed" the second headquarters.

I don't see Downtown Seattle tech people thinking that the Woodlands is where they want to be. It's basically the cultural opposite of Seattle.

They'll be looking for the "other" Seattle - so like a Denver, Nashville, Austin type place.
