At this point we're stuck with what he have. Liriano has the better stuff but it's not doing much for him. He's spent time as a reliever before and it didn't go well then either.
Liriano was an experiment to try to gain an upgrade over Sipp. It hasn't worked out. Like I say, you at least know Sipp has the capability to be a good reliever even though it hasn't showed in a while. So the next few weeks, give him the ball and see which guy to go with.
Someone posted a few weeks back that Sipp decided to throw his fastball on the same plane as 2015 (what took so long Tony?). Maybe that could help? Time to find out.

A lot of these lineup variables that y'all are talking still need this month to play out, imo. What I think is a necessity is getting McCann as much rest as possible this month while still keeping him sharp at the plate.
