Yard help

I've recently taken back care of my lawn. I had got in a wreck and couldn't do it for a while for a while. Then, when I could, everything but the grass I wanted had taken over. My neighbor's kid just cut and trimmed for me.
I just applied Image 3 weeks ago, and it nuked the nut sedge and dollar weed! It was the hose attachment. I am extremely satisfied with the results.
What is left is a mix of St. Augustine and Bermuda along with a healthy crop of crab grass and Virginia button weed. I'm talking huge sections of the yard are button weed.
I plan on spot treating the crab grass which will be a tedious and long process. I would like to go all Bermuda. What are my next steps?
TIA

MSMA to kill any grasses and grassy weeds, and wait til the spring to battle the buttonweed when it is younger and less hardy.

That's what I was wondering, if it would be pointless to fight it now. The cold will kill it?
Also, any advice on getting the Bermuda to take over?

As it comes out of its dormancy, it can be controlled easily with WeedFreeZone, or Speedzone. This late in the year, all you can hope for is suppression with metsulfuron (MSM).
Spray the yard with MSMA one week, and fertilize it the next. Alternate this treatment a few times and the bermuda should easily take hold.

Which fertilizer do you recommend?

Last time I "reclaimed" a field, I used this method:
Week 1 - Spray MSMA @ 2 Qts/Acre
Week 2 - Ammonium nitrate @ 100 Lbs/Ac
Week 3 - MSMA @ 1.5 Qts/Ac
Week 4 - 19-19-19 @ 250 Lbs/Ac
Week 5 - MSMA @ 1.5 Qts/Ac
Week 6 - Ammonium Nitrate @ 100 Lbs/Ac
Would probably be ok not fertilizing heavily between sprayings, but i was on a timeline and wanted to pump the bermuda back up after being sprayed heavily with the MSMA. May just have to space the sprayings out more if you don't fertilize.

And you just broadcast sprayed the whole thing?

Bootlegger - with the temps coming down over the next weeks, would it be ok to spray MSMA? I used it earlier in the year for one application if you remember. Then I got worried with the high temps so I didn't do it again. I have all kinds of stuff growing that I'd like to spray and see what happens.

Yeah, I sprayed the whole thing. Take out the competition and bermuda will take hold quickly. If you spray at temps over 90, just expect strong chlorosis of the turf grass. I order most all of my chemicals from Regal Chemical, and my fast-release fertilizers from the local feed store.

Thanks. Ill get started. I had to get that nut sedge under control first to see what I was dealing with.
