Cotton wants the RAISE Act as part of the deal. I'm down with this. Compromise isn't bad people. Trump was suppose to be a great negotiator and this could be a great deal.

As of right now, enough GOPe republicans oppose the RAISE act to nix a deal like this because their CoC overlords want the cheap labor.

The problem is guys like Rubio, who campaigned on all the central points of the RAISE Act saying he can't support it. It's freaking pathetic when you can't even threaten the Dems to compromise when the GOPe guys won't sniff and common sense conservative plan.
