People that need to back in their trucks because they say it is too hard to part the other way.
All the while driving a truck that may be a little wide, but is the same length as a regular or extended bed truck from 70s, 80s, 90s...and this backing in thing is much more recent.

To add:
-When you go to a store, someone asks if you need help, you tell them you're just looking and they proceed to just stand there and stare at you or they don't get lost and just linger
-People when checking out have their card declined but keep insisting they have money and keep asking the cashier to punch in the number, etc

you could just move to the burbs. it would solve a lot of your frequently encountered peeves.
and in the tourist's defense, it's a fricking badass city. you'll never see me with a giant map walking slowly across times square crosswalk... but i don't mind asking for directions. i have no shame in my tourist game. i'd move to nyc in a second, if i could afford the rent anywhere safe. shite. i'm so jealous.

quote:
-Tourists (I live in NYC. I'm aware they pump $$$$$$$$$$$$ into our economy. Still hate them)
-People who walk slow in front of you like they have no where to be
-People who drive slow in front of you like they have no where to be
-People who walk on the sidewalk in front of you and stop all of a sudden for no reason
-Baby boomers who think they are the greatest generation ever and that everyone needs to worship them
-Immigrants who refuse to learn or speak English in public places and talk loudly for no reason
-People who leave their shopping carts in the middle of an aisle instead of to the side like they own the store
-People who don't know how to park a car properly
Sounds like you should gtfo of NY. This would have been a lot less typing if you would have said that New York is your pet peeve
