WatchESPN on Fire TV not working.....tried everything

I can open the app and watch video highlights, but if I try to watch a live event it says "error occurred, please try again later." It's been doing this for 3 days and I've tried everything, unplugged the box, reset the box, deleted the app and reinstalled, deleted my credentials (PS Vue) and re-entered them multiple times, etc. The app is working fine on my phone and PS4 with my Vue credentials, only the Fire TV is having issues. Anyone else have this problem and figure it out?

I've gotten that before but a quick sign out and sign back in usually works.

how did you sign back into vue? i couldn't find it in the list. i looked under "sony", "playstation", and "vue".

It was listed in the providers drop down as Playstation Vue. Never disappeared for me .

I think it's on a second list of "other" providers maybe. I know a ton of people can't find the watch ESPN login for vue on the vue reddit

My Fire Stick keeps telling me to use the activation code to login to Cox, but the spot id completely blank where the code should be. It drove me absolutely crazy last night. I looked everywhere for a fix, deleted the app, redownloaded it. Nothing. It still wont give me an activation code. Has anyone seen this?

From what I can gather, WatchESPN is going wonky for Amazon devices right in time for football season.

Just use the app on your phone and cast it to Chromecast.
