Nope. I'm saying that his argument is not sound. He's equating the oppression in Haiti to oppression in the U.S. and using that to justify a faulty conclusion.
His argument is flawed much like the one below:
1) Organisms with wings can fly
2) Penguins have wings
3) Thus, penguins can fly
