Relatively few people have lost electricity in Houston. The wind is blowing toward the gulf so tidal flooding is not presently an issue. The stadium has not flooded.
Just saying it could still be Houston.
Cool. How do I get there from Katy? Helicopter?

I doubt at this point ESPN cares how many fans show up.
If the stadium is available I suspect they will play the game in Houston. Hobby is slated to re-open Wednesday morning.
Houston is not New Orleans with levees holding the water in.
JUST SAYING.
I am not predicting it will stay in Houston but I suspect the powers that be desperately want it to remain in Houston and now that the storm track has moved east they may just decide it is Houston or the game is not played.
