Stop. This is fricking retarded. It will not be in houston. Just because the rain will stop before the game doesn't mean the fricking city isn't still flooded to shite.

Make it like a food drive. But instead of canned goods every fan brings a sandbag to put around the stadium. Water doesn't get in, problem solved.
