At this point, as long as the eye is west of Houston, I'm not sure it matters how far that is. Rain is the biggest threat for that area.

This new track is still bad. That puts Houston on the east side of this rain maker on TH. That's going to be five straight days of rain there. I just don't see it happening. They should start making contingency plans now.
