"Facts" based on what? A point in time, current knowledge about laws, nature? Context?

These are observations from which we use to deduce other deductions.

THEORETICALLY (and I know I'm wasting my time because you won't get this) those "facts" might be dependent of parameters inserted into the configuration of our current virtual simulation. How do you know what observations are 100% fact?

So when you observe your phone or your computer screen are you saying that it's not a phone or computer? And yes. We use facts to help us make educated deductions for situations we can't observe.
