Those are facts.
"Facts" based on what? A point in time, current knowledge about laws, nature? Context?
These are observations from which we use to deduce other deductions.
THEORETICALLY (and I know I'm wasting my time because you won't get this) those "facts" might be dependent of parameters inserted into the configuration of our current virtual simulation. How do you know what observations are 100% fact?
