So many things cause these issues.
Is it on the second floor of your house?
Is it a front load?
I'm assuming top load as you said you changed the springs.
I'm trying to think off you have a water counter balance or not.
When you shake your tub to you hear water (it's a good thing, a ring of water in plastic acts as a counter balance in pretty much every top load machine.
If it walks, and is level, has new springs and worked fine for years and isn't on a soft floor, then it's a counter balance issue.
If it's a front loader doing this, likely it's a bearing or detachment of drum issue and it's kaput.

Just looked it up.
Open the door.
Get on the...sorry it's late, lol
Push the tub up and down and feel if it feels set, or sort of wiggly like a loose baby tooth.
Honestly, if it's not the springs, floor, or balance and there isn't a 15 pound block of concrete loose(the weights this machine uses), then it's a tub failure and repair is over $500.
