re: Altering your menu for certain guests

Is this about food, or is it some kinda power struggle? A vegan side dish isn't a big deal to offer to guests. Nor is it a big deal if someone who comes over has to eat lightly or merely have snacks or just a beverage for one damn meal of their lives. Why be militant on either side (pro or anti vegan)? Whew. Too much pointless conflict over what other people do or do not put into their mouths.
