I didn't expect the above from you. It was quite a surprise. It's like saying "if you're not going to have food I can eat, I'm not coming."

As I said in my first post in this thread, we have accommodated folks with specific eating desires. We do it all time, in fact. If we're having seafood and someone has an allergy, we prepare something different for that person, for example. It's really not a big deal, as you say, and as I said previously.

Yeah there were a few times I didn't go out of my way to make it to some type of gathering, but I didn't miss Christmas or thanksgiving etc. Missed a couple football games and some after New Year's Day type dinners. The horror.
